When and what kinds of lap band exercise are there?
The "when" is easy, ask your physician. Normally, you will be cleared to start resuming excercise after 4-6 weeks. Again, everyone is different so make sure that you consult your surgeon before beginning an excercise routine.
The "what" is whatever your hearts desired! Walking to start is good, 30 minuts a day, is recommended especially if you are "newbie".
