So what do I mean by natural weight loss? I am referring to changing your eating habits in a way that will promote healthy living!
We all say the same things, "I eat like a normal person", but we do not disclose the facts of what we snack on, how late at night we eat and if what we would considered a normal person's eating habits as; eating three meals a day at McDonalds, now do we!
Let's start with Breakfast, the MOST important meal of the day, right! Instead of eating a bowl of cereal (which in most cases is about 4 times the actual serving size) have 1 package of oatmeal. It is portion controlled, and you know exactly how many calories you are eating. Add to that, 4 ounces of juice, or skim milk.
Lunch, a sandwich on wheat bread, turkey or chicken, NO CHEESE PLEASE, add some lettuce and tomato, light on the mayo and some fruit on the side, no that is a lunch!
Snack? Try some raw veggies or some fat free pudding!
Dinner, here is where we all mess up!! We always eat too late, most of the time it is because life is just so busy, or we get home from work and the family is starving so we pick what ever is quickest and easiest!
This is a perfect time to get everyone on the right track! Prepare the bulk of your dinner before hand, chicken and fish or beef that needs to be defrosted, take it out the night before! Make a salad in the morning and put it in the frig and keep the carbs down, leave the bread for lunch, not dinner!
By preparing before hand you have minimum preparation time and you can start eating earlier!
